[Precision Micro Machining Example] Cannula

The work size is a length of 30mm, with a thin outer diameter of about φ0.8mm! This is an example completed with a single automatic lathe, including drilling.

We would like to introduce a case of precision micro-machining that we conducted. The application is for medical use (ophthalmic surgical instruments), and the material is 6-4 titanium for the cannula. The tip is trumpet-shaped with both inner and outer diameters. Since the tip is thicker, it was processed by cutting.
